Here is an excellent book to pass on to those interested in science. Using 30 examples, Roger Liebi shows that the Bible was long ahead of research in numerous statements. The introduction to this little book consists of the terminology: "What is science?" and "What is the Bible?" And then it starts: Statements from the Old Testament - some from the 3rd millennium BC - describe exactly what the modern science only found out in our time or in the recent past (thus the Bible is only confirmed)! Astronomy, physics, earth sciences, biology, ecology, hygiene, microbiology and the environment - these are the topics that are compared. Briefly and succinctly, one is very well informed that God is the Creator and Sustainer of all these things, and we can only marvel at how precise his entire work is. For each comparison, the authors created a double page with wonderful images.
