In Franz Eugen Schlachter's translation of the Bible, the linguistic expressiveness that we know from Luther's Bible was combined with the accuracy in the reproduction of the basic text. This edition of the Bible is well suited for personal reading and has proven useful in preaching and Bible studies. It is also very suitable for reaching people who are far from faith.
The audio Bible has the great advantage that the Bible is read to us and we can concentrate fully on what we are hearing.
It is the ideal solution for people who can no longer read or can only read very poorly, but who do not want to do without the irreplaceable "food" of the Word of God. Also ideal for “recharging” while doing housework, driving, during a hospital stay, etc.
